Stock Donations

Charitable donations of stock are an easy and tax-effective way to support the Birdies for Charity Bonus Fund and/or your favorite participating charities!

If you are interested in giving a charitable donation of stock, or have already requested the transfer, please notify us by filling out the form below.

Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with transfer instructions that you can provide to your broker when requesting the stock gift transfer. If you don’t see this confirmation email, please check your “junk” or “spam” folder. It is important we receive the information below. The only information our office receives is the name of the stock sold, and number of shares. Knowing this information ahead of time allows us to watch for that particular transaction and apply the payment appropriately.

Total donations of $1,500 & above are eligible for the Partner Program. The Partner Program is for those generous people (donations of $1,500 and above) who don't necessarily want to be in the contest, but still want to support their favorite charities, and the tournament. If you would like to participate in the Partner Program and accept On-Course recognition, please enter the exact name as it should be listed below. Otherwise, skip ahead.
