DIRECTIONS:
- Go north on 151/61 into Dubuque. Take the Locust St./downtown exit. Keep going north past the Illinois/Iowa Bridge, all the way to Loras Boulevard (also called 14th St.).
- Turn right (east) at the lights on Loras (14th) and go about three blocks to White St.
- Turn left (north) on White St. and continue until 22nd St.
- Turn right onto 22nd St. (also called Kaufmann) and continue east until you reach Sacred Heart Church, on the corner of 22nd and Windsor.
- On Windsor, turns left and go up, up, up a gradual hill for about a mile. Go past Davis (4-way stop) and continue for a block to the last right, the entrance of Mount St. Francis Center
